SHIPPING POLICY

We ship by DHL internationally and Pack and Send within Australia. We may use other carriers as required. We ship once a week depending on orders. Please have patience as we get your purchase on the road and on its way into your hands. International buyers are responsible for taxes and duties in their country.

RETURN POLICY

Most of our guitars and instruments are vintage and as such they will not feel nor look new when you get them (that's a good thing). We do our best to describe the condition and go to extremes to detail the originality of an item but we're human and sometimes we may miss something. If you get an item that is nothing like it was described and you're unhappy we will gladly take it back and refund you less shipping costs. However, we will not accept a return if the item is as described but doesn't meet your expectations.

PAYMENT METHODS

For items $5,000.00 and under we accept paypal and direct wire transfer. For items over $5,000 we expect direct wire transfer. Please contact us first, and we will place the item on hold (max 7 days) until funds clear. Those wishing to use USD can do so by using our USD bank account, reach out for details.

BE RESPECTFUL

We are collectors and lovers of music; life is beautiful but it’s also too short and we do not have the time nor the patience to deal with nitpickers. You get the same respect you show us, we’re friendly, easy to deal with, accommodating and honest, we love what we do. But if we feel you’re going to be a hard customer, one of those ‘unpleasable’ people, your order will be cancelled, and you can shop elsewhere.
